Overview
- Bati, an ultra-Orthodox woman in Jerusalem, seems to have the perfect life until she discovers that her husband Lazer is gay. Lazer has been secretly having relations with men and is being blackmailed within their community. The rabbis send him to therapy to try to make him straight. Bati tries new ways to entice him , trying to preserve her marriage for herself and her children, as the pair still love one another. Beautifully acted, PINK LADY is a poignant drama that sensitively wrestles with a very real problem within the Haredi world.
