A Festival Pass includes 1 voucher credit for each film in the festival. Redeem credits for tickets to any film in any combination – for yourself or to share. (Complete your Festival Pass purchase BEFORE selecting films).

Purchasing a Ticket Pack adds voucher credits to your account. Redeem credits for tickets to any films in any combination—for yourself or to share. (Complete your ticket pack purchase BEFORE selecting films).

Tickets and passes are non-refundable but may be transferred upon request.

Doors to the auditoriums will be opened when Harkins staff indicates.
Only one additional seat may be saved per individual admitted.
Fire codes do not permit sitting in the aisles or standing at the back of the venue.
As a courtesy to our other guests, please do not leave empty seats in the middle of the row.
All electronic devices should be silenced and stowed away during screenings.
Bags are subject to inspection by the theater or our security personnel.
Auditoriums must be cleared following each screening.
GPJFF follows the current COVID-19 rules of the venue.
Wheelchair seating is available at all Harkins Theatres.
Personal assistive listening devices which amplify the sound or provide audio description narration are available for no charge at Guest Services in all Harkins Theatres for nearly all films.
Please ask one of our volunteers if seating assistance is needed.
Emergencies should be reported to the on-site security, Harkins staff and the GPJFF staff.
Security officers will be present at all times.
