Overview

  • In this heartbreaking wartime romance, Annette (a Jewish artist) and her Catholic boyfriend in Nazi-occupied Paris feel the growing constrictions of the French collaborationist regime. Their future plans are disrupted when their relationship is denounced to the Gestapo and Annette is imprisoned and later, deported. How will Jean react to his parents and their prejudices and betrayal? A chilling look at bystanders and collaborators, based on actual events.

A film about creating an interactive hologram to preserve a Holocaust survivor’s story.

The short film will be followed by a brief introduction to the use of this technology here in Phoenix as part of Holocaust education. The speaker will be Rabbi Jeffrey Schesnol, Director of the Arizona Jewish Historical Society and Project Manager for the Hilton Family Holocaust Education Center.
